      <image:caption>Sharon Dawson began her practice in 1975, and has studied many forms of yoga, breath work, and meditation.  In 2005 she trained and certified with Ana Forrest, learning to heal the body, mind and spirit.  Forrest Yoga is a strong, modern style that challenges students physically and mentally through attention to breath, core work, and fluid asana practice.  Yoga sessions become a healing journey where students can discover their emotions, transform their experiences into wisdom, and embody their spirits.  Sharon offers clear instruction, playful and creative options, demonstrations, and hands-on assists to help students progress safely at all levels.  Enjoy the transformational aspects of yoga through deep connection to breath, beauty and spirit!</image:caption>
